Based on faith and belief, Punjabi film 'Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai' is directed and written by Kalyani Singh, one of the selected cinematic personalities who has carved a niche for herself in the film industry through her hard work and talent. Starting her career as a film journalist, Kalyani Singh founded 'Right Image International' company and produced films such as 'Gunahgaar', 'Jurmana', 'Raja Bhaiya', 'Krishnavatar', 'Kranti Kshetra', 'Gehri Chaal', and 'Maine Gandhi Ko Kyun Mara'. She also set trends with TV serial 'Aashiana' and made her mark in the advertising world.

Kalyani Singh, who underwent film direction training from the legendary Hollywood director Martin Scorsese's academy, understood the nuances of film direction impeccably. Currently, Kalyani Singh is in the limelight due to her latest Punjabi film 'Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai'. The producers of this film are Maan Singh and Vedant Singh. It is set to release worldwide on May 24 and is being released by Reliance Entertainment. It's worth noting that a super hit Punjabi film with the same name was released in 1969, creating history that remains unmatched till date. It was the first film in the world that made audiences take off their shoes, step out, and cover their heads as if they were going to a Gurudwara. It's not an exaggeration to say that in the eyes of those viewers, 'Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai' was no less than a Gurudwara, as they believed they were not going to watch a movie but visiting a Gurudwara.

The music of this Punjabi film, released by 'Sanatan World' music company, features film actors Mukesh Rishi, Bindu Dara Singh, actress Ramandeep Kaur, Gurpreet Kaur, Rajesh Sahlot, and renowned Bollywood personalities.

Recognitions for director Kalyani Singh's contributions to the Indian film industry have come through various accolades, including being a jury member at the Global International Film Festival, receiving the Half Population Women Achievers Award, and being honored by the Khajuraho International Film Festival (KIFF). She has also been recognized with international awards by the World Book of Records, London.

Apart from her film endeavors, Kalyani Singh is actively involved in philanthropic and humanitarian activities as the chairperson of the Maharashtra Citizen's Group. Presently, Kalyani Singh is enthusiastic about her upcoming film 'Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai'.
