Udaipur.The grand launch of the digital literary magazine ‘Lafzon Ki Mehfil’—a unique confluence of words, thoughts, and emotions—was held today in an inspiring literary ceremony.
Program coordinator Amrita Bokadia shared that the event, organized at Hotel Varju Villa, witnessed the presence of renowned litterateurs, poets, writers, and literature enthusiasts from across the city. The gathering infused fresh energy and enthusiasm into the literary world.
Founder Mukesh Madhwani, in his address, said that Lafzon Ki Mehfil is not just a digital magazine but a collaborative platform where both experienced and emerging writers will help shape a new direction for literature. He emphasized that the initiative is a significant step toward taking Indian languages—especially Hindi and Urdu—to the younger generation through digital media.
Editor Akbar Shad highlighted that the magazine will serve as a broad medium for literary creation, criticism, research, creative writing, and for encouraging new talent. He invited writers to contribute their best works and enrich this collective literary space.
Program coordinator Amrita Bokadia further added that the aim of Lafzon Ki Mehfil is to build a digital literary family where every writer can connect effortlessly and express themselves with new perspectives.
Chief Guest Dr. Prem Bhandari praised the initiative as the need of the hour in a rapidly digitizing world.
Distinguished guests including Dr. Kunjana Acharya, Dr. Rajani Kulshrestha, Poornima Bokadia, Dr. Iqbal Sagar, Kamal Dangi, Shyam Babu Rai, and Iqbal Hussain graced the event with their presence and extended best wishes to the organizing team.
Founder Madhwani, Editor Shad, Program Coordinator Bokadia, and Co-coordinator Premlata Kumawat reiterated that the mission of the magazine is to bring Hindi literature closer to the youth and provide a platform for emerging writers.
