Udaipur. Following the overwhelming success of the recently held cooking competition in association with Udaipur Master Chef, another exciting event — the "Mango Special" Cooking Competition — is set to take place.
This competition, dedicated to the king of fruits — Mango, will be held on May 4 at the Madhushree Banquet Hall, Ashoka Palace, starting at 5:30 PM.
To mark the occasion, the poster for Udaipur Master Chef was unveiled on Sunday. Coordinator Bhumi Trivedi shared that the competition is open to all, allowing participants from all age groups and backgrounds to showcase their culinary talents.
Mukesh Madhwani, Founder of Udaipur Master Chef, emphasized that their aim has always been to provide a platform for talents across all sections of society to display their art. He added that continuous efforts are made in this direction, and this special competition is another step, wherein participants will present dishes or drinks made using mangoes.
Vikram Madhwani, MD of Ashoka Green and a renowned chef of Udaipur, praised the initiative, highlighting that the city is rich in talent but often lacks platforms to display it. He encouraged all those capable of crafting unique mango-based dishes or drinks to participate in the event.
Rashmi Kishore, Head Chef of Miraya – Luxury Cake Company, explained that participants will be given a fixed time to prepare and present their best mango-themed dish or drink. Winners will be decided by a panel of judges based on the presentations.
Poonam Paliwal, head of Aditi Stores, informed that contestants must complete their task within the given timeframe, and the judges' decision will be final.
Co-coordinator Premlata Kumawat announced that winners would be declared on the same day and would be awarded prizes. Registrations for the competition have already begun. Interested participants can register by contacting Ashoka Palace at +91 92570 52323.
