####Principals’ Session Inaugurated at Vakpeeth 2025

Udaipur, The two-day Principals’ Session Vakpeeth (Secondary Education) 2025 of Girwa Block and Udaipur city was inaugurated on August 22 at the auditorium of Saraswati Shikshak Sadan, Tagore Nagar, Sector 4. The chief guest of the event was Udaipur City MLA Tara Chand Jain, while the session was presided over by Chief Block Education Officer Girwa, Durgesh Menaria. Special guest of honor was Additional Block Education Officer, Lalit Dak.

Principals as Torchbearers of Educational Values

Vakpeeth President Mohan Lal Meghwal shared that MLA Tara Chand Jain highlighted the importance of the principal’s role in shaping a cultured society. He said such platforms energize the academic fraternity, adding that schools must be seen as temples of education where a rich academic culture develops. Stressing on infrastructural development, he assured complete support in providing resources and emphasized that excellence in examination results should remain the top priority.

CBEO Durgesh Menaria, in his welcome address, urged all principals to fulfill departmental and institutional expectations with utmost sincerity and to work consistently for the welfare of students. He discussed various flagship schemes in detail, gave strict directions regarding dilapidated school buildings, and stressed achieving the targets under the Hariyalo Rajasthan campaign. He assured positive cooperation in resolving issues of school management and emphasized efforts for 100% student retention.

Discussions, Presentations and Cultural Start

Principals Mukesh Pandya and Mahesh Joshi created a melodious atmosphere by leading prayers with students. Principal Sudha Mathur spoke on the challenges of school administration, Dr. Prakash Jain addressed water conservation, and Madhu Sareen delivered a thoughtful talk on VVM. An open discussion session was moderated by Dilip Jain.

Media head Kiran Bala Jeenagar informed that Vakpeeth President Mohan Meghwal elaborated on the objectives of Vakpeeth, drawing attention to several moral responsibilities. The presence of Additional District Education Officer, Deshpal Singh Shekhawat, added significance to the event.

The office bearers of the Vakpeeth executive committee — Vice President Jagdish Chandra Chaubisa, Secretary Mahendra Singh, Treasurer Shweta Yadav, along with Sonika Verma, Richa Rupal, Dilip Jain, Nirmala Menaria, and Rajesh Sainik — welcomed and honored all dignitaries on stage. The program was successfully conducted by Secretary Mahendra Singh.

Collective Vision for Education

A total of 111 principals and office bearers of various teachers’ associations participated in the Vakpeeth. Through group discussions, principals expressed their views on new innovations, welfare schemes, technology-based education, and non-academic responsibilities.
