SAPTA SHAKTI COMMAND ALL SET TO ORGANISE TWO DAYS TECH SEMINAR ‘NEXT GENERATION COMBAT: SHAPING TOMORROWS MIL TODAY’

Jaipur : India stands at a pivotal moment in its journey towards self-reliance and tech sovereignty in the defence domain. As the nation moves with determination towards the vision of Viksit Bharat, integration of emerging technology, robust indigenous innovations and public-private collaboration in the defence sectorhave become more vital than ever. The success of Op SINDOOR, which focussed upon precise, proportionate and technology enabled military operations, exhibited India’s growing capability to deploy indigenous solutions in real-time strategic environment.

            To provide a platform for exchange of ideas and high level knowledge sharing by all stakeholders leading to well-planned technology absorption and adoption, aTechnical Seminar cum Exhibitionthemed ‘Next Generation Combat: Shaping Tomorrow’s Mil Today’ is being conducted under the aegis ofSapta Shakti Command in conjunction with CLAWS and SIDM on 16 and 17 Jul 2025 at Jaipur Military Station.

            The two days’ seminar will feature five panel discussions, each focussed on a strategic pillar ranging from the Defence Innovation Eco System, AI Based Solutions to Autonomous Technologyand Critical Indigenous Research &Development. The enriching sessions will include the role of niche technologies in shaping the outcomes of recent conflicts, India’s current defence technological stance, the strategic role of AI in transforming India’s defenceposture, emerging material sciences in strengthening India’s operational edge, strategic blueprint for institutionalising Military-Civil Fusion as a catalyst for national security.

            Alongside, an exhibition of equipment and technology developed by startups, MSMEs and key industry stakeholders showcasing the vibrant and rapidly evolving innovation landscape, will also be at display. Together, the discussions and equipment display, aim to serve as a launchpad for deeper military-civil-industrial synergy, inspire long-term policy thinking to catalyse India’s emergence as a global leader in next-generation defence technology.An important MoUwith a renowned civil agency will figure as part of the grand event.  Over 500 officers, civil dignitaries and veteransare expected to attend the seminar. 

            ‘Next-Generation Combat: Shaping Tomorrow’s Military Today’ will be a landmark event that will define India’s trajectory toward technological superiority and operational dominance in future wars.
