Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma efforts paid well - Rajasthan

Jaipur/ New Delhi. Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma is committed to provide accessible, modern and inclusive education to every child in the state and to upgrade, develop and strengthen education. In this sequence, due to the efforts of Chief Minister Shri Sharma, the Central Government has approved Rs 3 thousand 200 crore for Samagra Shiksha, Rajasthan.

During a recent meeting with Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan in New Delhi, Shri Sharma had requested for early release of the amount of central share for Samagra Shiksha, Rajasthan in the financial year 2025-26. In this regard, the Union Education Minister has agreed to give Rs 3 thousand 200 crore to the state under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. Also, an assurance has been given to release the first installment of this amount soon. During the meeting, Mr. Sharma also informed the Union Education Minister about the progress of the education department in the state under Samagra Shiksha, its policy and future work.

With this amount received from the Centre, various works will be done in Kasturba Gandhi Residential School, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Residential School, construction and repair work in schools, vocational education, ICT and digital lab, Nipun Bharat, community dynamism, innovation, various works related to monitoring of Samagra Shiksha. This will help in further strengthening the basic structure of education in the state.
