#“Hindutva Existed Thousands of Years Ago and Will Continue in the Future”: Mahant Mukesh Nath

Udaipur. Mahant Mukesh Nath Maharaj, national coordinator of the Vishva Hindu Mahasangh Bharat and the Gurubhai of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister & Gorakshapeethadheeshwar Yogi Adityanath, said that “Hindutva has never been erased, nor can it ever be erased. It existed thousands of years ago and continues to exist today.”

He added that “Adivasis are Hindus, and anyone who denies this does not understand their culture and traditions.”

Mahant Mukesh Nath Maharaj was addressing Sanatan devotees and followers on Saturday. He also met Vishvaraj Singh, member of the Mewar royal family and MLA from Nathdwara, and discussed the historical relationship between Mewar and the Gorakhpeeth.

In the afternoon, he held an interaction with Sanatan devotees at the Mahakal Temple. Later in the evening, he visited the Mahasatiya Hanuman Temple and Bohra Ganeshji Temple, where hundreds of devotees welcomed him.

Mahant Mukesh Nath said that some people believe they can eliminate Hindutva, but “they forget that the nation is once again moving from darkness toward the light of Sanatan Dharma.”

He stated that although India was ruled by the Mughals and the British, no one could erase the values and culture of Hindutva. “Attempts have been made for thousands of years to destroy Hindutva—cities were renamed, and efforts were made to alter civilization and language—but neither the civilization nor the language disappeared,” he said.

He further added that Hindutva is not just a term but a way of life, and whenever the tradition faced challenges, saints and spiritual leaders emerged to protect and preserve it.

Speaking about Gurukuls, he said, “Time keeps changing. It never returns. Therefore, we should accept the systems that exist in the present.”

Referring to reported restrictions on tribal traditions in Telangana, he reiterated that “Adivasis are Hindus, and anyone who denies this does not understand their culture and customs.”
