Four-Day Celebrations to Mark Udaipur’s 474th Foundation Year

Udaipur, To commemorate the 474th foundation year of Udaipur, Lokjan Seva Sansthan is organizing a four-day series of events. The celebrations will commence tomorrow, April 29, at Ostwal Group of Education, Mangalwar, with a floral tribute to Maharana Udai Singh's portrait. This will be followed by a panel discussion on "Expansion of Girls' Education in Mewar," coordinated by Prof. Mishri Lal Mandot.

The institute’s General Secretary, Jaikishan Chaubey, informed that on the second day, April 30, at 8:00 AM, a Panchgavya ritual and floral tribute will be offered at the statue of Maharana Udai Singh located at Udiapol. Prominent citizens of the city are expected to attend the event.

On May 1, a Havan and Yajna ceremony will be held at the Gayatri Shaktipeeth located in Sarv Ritu Vilas.
The grand finale on May 2 will feature a symposium titled "Udaipur: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow" at Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth.

Prof. Vimal Sharma, President of the institute, stated that eminent academicians, environmentalists, historians, and social workers from the city will share their insights during the symposium.
