Udaipur – The Induction Program for first-year students of Pacific Polytechnic and Pacific Institute of Fire and Safety Management, affiliated with PAHER University, was formally inaugurated today.
The event commenced with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, led by Dr. Sunil Singh Dahiya (Academic Consultant), Dr. Kamlesh Ahuja (Senior Academic Consultant), Professor Dipin Mathur (Director, Faculty of Management, PAHER University), and Dr. Mukesh Shrimali (Director, Pacific Polytechnic College).
In his address, Dr. Sunil Singh Dahiya emphasized that academic knowledge alone is not sufficient for success. He stressed the importance of technical proficiency, communication skills, and the spirit of continuous learning.
Dr. Kamlesh Ahuja highlighted the value of ethics, honesty, and social consciousness in today’s era of technical education. He encouraged students to not only become skilled professionals but also responsible citizens who give back to the society they come from.
Professor Dipin Mathur spoke about the significance of hard work, discipline, and time management in achieving goals. He remarked that failures should be viewed as learning opportunities rather than setbacks.
Dr. Mukesh Shrimali motivated the new students by advising them to treat every day as a learning experience. He encouraged active participation in co-curricular activities, which contribute to shaping a well-rounded individual and a successful engineer. He extended best wishes to the students as they take their first step toward a bright future.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Neeraj Shrimali, while the program was anchored by Dr. Varsha Chaudhary.
