Farewell Ceremony Organized for Nursery Children
The Department of Human Development and Family Studies at Maharana Pratap Agriculture and Technology University, Udaipur, organized a farewell ceremony for nursery children for the academic year 2023-24. The event took place during the second Parent-Teacher Meet.
After the Saraswati Vandana, Dean Dr. P.K. Singh emphasized the importance of creating a conducive environment for holistic development in children. He highlighted the preschool program's role in laying a strong foundation for their future academic development.
Department head Professor Dr. Suman Oudichya shared insights into the various activities conducted throughout the year in the nursery school. She commended the collaborative efforts of parents and teachers, noting that the children successfully crossed the first step of their academic journey with their support.
During the ceremony, awards were presented to children who excelled in various activities conducted throughout the year. The children also presented captivating cultural performances, much to the delight of the attending parents. The event was hosted by Ms. Veethika and Ms. Somya.
In attendance were Dr. Gayatri Tiwari, Dr. Monica Rai, Ms. Santosh Vyas, Ms. Aruna Vyas, Ms. Rekha Rathore, Dr. Sneha Jain, along with all members and postgraduate students of the Department of Human Development. The vote of thanks was proposed by Anjana Kumawat.
