Udaipur: In accordance with state government orders, a review meeting for the Chief Minister's Tree Plantation Mega Campaign (Hariyalo Rajasthan) was held today at the District Council Auditorium. The meeting was chaired by Chief Executive Officer Kirti Rathore and attended by Anjum Tahir Summa, Additional Chief Executive Officer, along with development officers and assistant engineers.
During the review meeting, the current work plan and progress report were presented. The Chief Executive Officer instructed the development officers to organize meetings at the panchayat committee level with officials from the Rajeevika, Women and Child Development Department, Education Department, cow shelter operators, NGOs, and benefactors. These meetings aim to ensure the allotted tree plantation targets are met within the stipulated timeframe according to departmental guidelines. Additionally, officers were directed to geo-tag the planted trees on the Hariyalo Rajasthan app.
The meeting was attended by Rajeev Prakash Mathur, Executive Engineer, Gyarsi Lal Sharma, Additional Development Officer, and various departmental officers, including all development officers and assistant engineers from the district.
