Kota – District Collector Dr. Ravindra Goswami emphasized that success is not an overnight event but the result of consistent efforts. Addressing students at a motivational seminar at Motion Education's Dhruv Campus on Wednesday, Dr. Goswami stated, "Life is about continuous progress. You cannot cover your entire syllabus in a day. If you study daily and keep moving towards your goal, no objective will be out of reach. Just don’t stop."
Motion Education’s Founder and CEO Nitin Vijay, Director Dr. Swati Vijay, and senior faculty members were also present during the seminar.
Dr. Goswami encouraged students to reflect on their daily activities and studies each night before sleeping. He reassured them that consistent study and self-reflection would lead to better performance. "Achieving success in academics is just the beginning," he added. "You will continue to face competitive exams, college challenges, career hurdles, and life-long obstacles. Face them head-on. Life is a unique opportunity and is much more significant than any single success. There is always room for improvement and achievement. Don't stress; just keep trying. Do what you love with your whole heart, and even if things don't go as planned, it will always turn out for the best."
He shared insights from the Bhagavad Gita to explain how to remain composed and balanced, along with his life experiences. Engaging with students through conversations and humor, he addressed their issues and answered their questions.
Dr. Goswami also spoke about initiatives taken by the district administration to help coaching students manage stress, provide entertainment, solve their problems, and create a positive environment.
In response to a student who mentioned lacking confidence despite studying, Dr. Goswami reassured that doubting one's preparation is normal and not to be feared. He advised recognizing personal shortcomings and staying away from mobile distractions. For retaining study material, he suggested writing down notes, creating diagrams, and employing various smart strategies to aid memory retention.
