### L&T Finance Ltd. Statement Regarding FIR

 

**Udaipur:** According to news reports, Bhim Police Station in District Rajasamand has registered an FIR against two individuals, Giriraj Meghwal and Mukesh Kumar, under sections 376 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

We would like to clarify that these individuals are no longer associated with L&T Finance Ltd. The company had already taken separation actions against them following an internal investigation for breaching our internal code of conduct. We are fully cooperating with the police authorities in their ongoing investigation.
