Har Ghar Tiranga-2024: Celebrating Freedom Fighters' Legacy Through Ar

Udaipur, – As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga-2024 campaign, a two-day art exhibition was inaugurated at the Information Center's art gallery on Wednesday under the auspices of the West Zone Cultural Centre. The event was graced by MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat, who served as the chief guest. Dr. Rawat admired the artworks dedicated to the freedom fighters and urged everyone to embrace the sense of national pride conveyed through these paintings.

Dr. Rawat officially inaugurated the exhibition by cutting the ribbon at the art gallery in the Information Center. During the inauguration, Pawan Amarawat, Deputy Director (Programs) of the West Zone Cultural Centre, Assistant Director Durgesh Chandwani, Administrative Officer Bhupendra Kothari, and Program Executive Hemant Mehta provided an overview of the exhibited artworks and their themes. Dr. Rawat praised the artistry, subject matter, and beauty of the paintings. The exhibition features works from a painting workshop organized by the West Zone Cultural Centre, showcasing creations by artists from across the country, dedicated to freedom fighters.

Earlier, upon Dr. Rawat’s arrival at the Information Center, he was welcomed by Pawan Kumar Amarawat from the West Zone Cultural Centre and Joint Director (Public Relations) Dr. Kamlesh Sharma. The event saw the presence of a large number of city residents, including NL Salvi, Sunil Nimavat, APRO Vinay Sompura, and Jayesh Pandya from the West Zone Cultural Centre.

**Message of Har Ghar Tiranga: Nation First**

On this occasion, MP Dr. Rawat emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Har Ghar Tiranga campaign connects all sections of society and inspires them to work in the nation's interest. He highlighted that the campaign's core message is that the nation comes first. It encourages respect for India's beliefs, values, traditions, and national consciousness. Dr. Rawat noted that recent challenges, such as ideological conflicts or separatist tendencies, should be overcome by prioritizing national interest and awakening a sense of patriotism in every individual. He extended his best wishes for the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and urged everyone to participate in large numbers.

**Directives to Create a Work Plan for Birsa Munda Jayanti Year**

During the event, MP Dr. Rawat discussed with officials from the West Zone Cultural Centre the need for a comprehensive work plan to celebrate the birth anniversary of tribal leader Birsa Munda, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi has declared as Tribal Pride Year. Dr. Rawat suggested that the West Zone Cultural Centre collaborate with relevant departments to develop a detailed plan for local-level celebrations throughout the year. He emphasized the importance of preserving the essence of tribal culture. He also stressed the need for special efforts to communicate the significance of the Gauri dance, a form of worship of Lord Shiva, to the public.
