New Delhi. In the Holi Milan Samaroh organized by eminent people associated with various organizations of Delhi at the IAS Officers Club in New Moti Bagh, New Delhi, well-known poets of the country led by famous humorist Surendra Sharma won the hearts of the audience by presenting their compositions.
On this occasion poetess Sita Sagar Sita, Shambhu Shikhar, Ved Prakash Ved, Ranjit Chauhan, Nilopal Mrinal and other poets recited their compositions.
The specialty of the compositions of Surendra Sharma, who is considered the Bhishma Pitamah of humorous poets, was that each of his compositions had a special message for the society. He influenced the minds of decades with the poems recited in his unique style.
On this occasion, dignitaries from political, social, cultural, administrative and various organizations were present in large numbers.
Padma awardee Surendra Sharma, organizer of Kavi Sammelan and Holi Milan Samaroh, Rajendra Gupta, chairman of Rajasthan Ratnakar, an organization of non-resident Rajasthanis in Delhi, along with social workers Chunnu Goyal, Anil K Agarwal, retired IRS Ramesh Yadav and Surendra P Gupta welcomed the visiting guests.
