Banswara – Nasir Ali Ansari, Lecturer of Chemistry at Government Higher Secondary School, Amarthoon (Nodal), was felicitated in a grand ceremony for his remarkable contribution in delivering high-quality examination results and for being selected in the merit list for Mahatma Gandhi English Medium School, Tok.
The felicitation ceremony was held under the leadership of Principal Arun Vyas. Nasir Ali Ansari was honoured with a turban, garland, coconut, and a shawl by faculty members and guests including Bheru Lal Dodiya, Khushpal Katara, Dayashankar Charpota, Mayur Padiyar, Mukesh Patel, Jeevan Lal Ninama, Badan Lal Damor, Anoop Mehta, Kapil Verma, Parbat Singh, Harishankar, Man Singh, Mrs. Raina Ninama, Mrs. Pragya Adhikari, Dilip Kumar Meena, Prabhulal Kharadi, Hitesh Kumar Ninama, Shiv Shankar Maida, Devilal Dewli Bai, Narayan Lal Ninama, and Biology Lecturer Karulal Meghwal.
During the program, key concerns such as dilapidated buildings, exposed electric wires, damaged handpumps, broken boundary walls, and vacant posts were discussed. Principal Arun Vyas stressed the importance of completing online tasks on the Shala Darpan portal promptly and taking precautions during the monsoon to avoid harm from wildlife.
Discussions also focused on effective implementation of student welfare schemes like the Palanhar Yojana, Aapki Beti Yojana, scholarship distribution, free textbook provision, preparation of free bicycle beneficiary lists, and timely dispatch of data related to free laptops and scooty distribution. Emphasis was laid on door-to-door public outreach to boost enrolment and complete household and literacy surveys.
A joint meeting with nodal officers and parents highlighted the need for fee and enrolment data updates, establishing a girls’ hostel, removing encroachments from the sports ground, improving girl-centric facilities, and proposing construction of 10 new classrooms and 5 practical labs through the SDMC, PTA, and parent association.
The ceremony was hosted by Khushpal Katara, with a vote of thanks delivered by Secretary Kacharulal Charpota.
