Railway Minister Launches 'RailOne' App on CRIS’s 40th Foundation Day
One-stop solution now available for both Android and iOS users
Shri Ganganagar, In a significant digital step, the 'RailOne' app was officially launched by the Minister of Railways during the 40th Foundation Day celebrations of CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems). The app is now available for download on both Android Play Store and iOS App Store.

The RailOne app has been designed as a one-stop solution for all essential railway passenger services. Through this app, users can easily access:
Ticketing: Reserved, Unreserved, and Platform Tickets
Train and PNR Enquiry
Journey Planning
Rail Madad Services

Freight (Goods Transport) Enquiry
Simplified User Interface & Seamless Experience
The core objective of the app is to enhance the user experience by providing a clean and simple interface. It not only consolidates all key services under one roof but also allows integrated connectivity between them, offering a comprehensive Indian Railways service package.

Single Sign-On: Users no longer need to remember multiple passwords. One can log in using an existing Rail Connect or UTS on Mobile app ID.
R-Wallet Integration: The app includes an in-built R-Wallet for smoother transactions.
Secure & Easy Login: Numeric mPIN and biometric login options ensure both ease and security.
Quick Registration: New users can register with minimal information, making onboarding faster.
Guest Login: Those interested only in inquiries can log in using just a mobile number and OTP.
