Tanima Literary Forum to Host Special Poetry Meet on Monday
Celebrating the literary legacy of renowned poet and former IAS officer Manoj Sharma
Udaipur,The city’s literary and cultural organization, Tanima Sansthan, will organize a special poetry gathering on Monday in honour of eminent poet and former Indian Administrative Service officer Manoj Sharma (Jaipur). The event will see the participation of prominent poets and intellectuals from Udaipur.
Dr. Shakuntala Sarupriya, poet and founder of Tanima Sansthan, shared that the institution has always welcomed and felicitated visiting senior litterateurs. In continuation of this tradition, this poetic meet is being organized to pay tribute to Manoj Sharma, a celebrated poet of international repute.
Sharma’s acclaimed poem "Meri Jheel", written about Udaipur’s Pichola Lake, has been widely appreciated in literary circles, reflecting his deep connection with nature and the city.
