###Symposium on Happy and Healthy Mind at PAHER
Poster Competition Highlights Student Creativity
Udaipur – The Faculty of Science and Technology, Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University (PAHER University), organized a symposium and poster competition on the theme “Keep Your Mind Happy and Healthy” on Saturday, August 27, 2025.
The program was inaugurated by University President Prof. Hemant Kothari, who, in his address, emphasized the importance of mental well-being. He noted that in today’s competitive era, maintaining positive thinking and self-balance is crucial for leading a stable life.
The keynote address was delivered by noted expert Prof. Rakeshit Ameta, who shared practical measures to keep the mind cheerful and healthy. He highlighted that regular exercise, meditation, a balanced diet, and self-control are the true keys to a healthy and fulfilling life.
Prof. Dilendra Heeran, Chairman of the Faculty of Science and Technology, also expressed his views and appreciated the initiative. The program was coordinated by Prof. Ritu Khanna.
Following the symposium, a poster competition was conducted on the same theme. The panel of judges – Dr. Devnita Pauly, Dr. Himani Dashora, and Mr. Himanshu Chaplot – evaluated the entries. The results were as follows:
First Prize: Ronak Ameta & Prince Kushwaha
Second Prize: Lakshita Vaishnav & Shilpa Nayak
Third Prize: Khushi Solanki & Krishna Jain
The winners were felicitated during the closing session of the program.
