##### A Grand Confluence of Faith, Harmony and Humanity

Sammed Shikariji :The historic World Friendship Festival was celebrated with grandeur and spiritual fervor on the holy land of Tirtharaj Sammed Shikhar Ji. Organized under the inspirational guidance of Revered Swami Devendra Brahmachari Ji by the Mahavirayatan Foundation, the event brought together saints, scholars, devotees, and dignitaries, creating an atmosphere of faith and fraternity. The festival was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Governor of Bihar Shri Arif Mohammad Khan and Giridih MP Shri Chandraprakash Choudhary along with several eminent personalities, making it a proud moment for Jharkhand and the nation. The program began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and the unveiling of the portraits of Acharya Shri Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj and Acharya Shri Samay Sagar Ji Maharaj, followed by the blessings of Param Pujya Niryaapak Shravan Munishri Samta Sagar Ji Maharaj and his sangh. Guruvandana by Pujya Aryika Ratna Gurumati Mataji and Pujya Aryika Dridhmati Mataji with their discourses inspired self-purification, discipline, and a righteous way of life.

Governor Shri Arif Mohammad Khan in his address said that the penance, renunciation, and spiritual lives of saints are a priceless inspiration for society and that festivals like the World Friendship Festival are beacons of peace, harmony, and moral values for the nation. MP Shri Chandraprakash Choudhary remarked that hosting such a grand celebration on the sacred land of Sammed Shikhar Ji is a matter of immense pride for Jharkhand and India and that this festival binds society in the threads of unity, faith, and culture.

In his inspiring address, Revered Swami Devendra Brahmachari Ji said that the presence of saints and sages is the greatest treasure of life, that their penance lights up humanity with peace and compassion, and that this festival has offered thousands of souls the nectar of discipline, harmony, and friendship. He added that the World Friendship Festival is not just a tradition but a pledge to unite humanity, to keep the eternal flame of dharma alive, and to weave society in the bonds of fraternity. True religion, he said, is not confined to rituals but awakens compassion in the soul, discipline in life, and harmony in society. He further emphasized that in today’s fragmented and conflict-ridden world, peace and harmony are the greatest needs and that this festival marks the dawn of a new era where boundaries will dissolve and humanity will learn to live as one family.

The program saw remarkable coordination by Manoj Chayan Ishika and Ajay Jain Gangwal with significant support from Shri Tarachand Jain, President of the Digambar Jain Religious Trust Council of Jharkhand, along with Sanjay Patni and Sano Patni. Several eminent personalities were honored for their contributions including Pankaj Soni, Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Brahmachari Dheeraj Bhaiyaji, Ajay Jain Gangwal, and Mrs. Monila Jain. The enthusiastic participation of thousands of devotees from Jharkhand and across India made the event truly historic, and the august presence of saints combined with the active involvement of social leaders created an unforgettable spiritual and cultural atmosphere.
