#### Southern Command Hosts Seminar on Military-Civil Fusion
Konark Corps organized MCF discussions across Rajasthan’s border districts
Jaipur, The Konark Corps hosted the Southern Command Border District Military-Civil Fusion Seminar from 1st to 12th September 2025 across three border districts of Rajasthan—Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, and Barmer.
The seminar focused on strengthening coordination between the armed forces and civil administration to effectively respond to situations like Operation Sindoor, while simultaneously fostering the process of nation-building. Its purpose was to encourage dialogue and the exchange of best practices for building stronger frameworks in Rajasthan’s border districts, incorporating a comprehensive and inclusive national perspective.
Key issues discussed included border area development, concentration of efforts, and enhancing security. Stakeholders emphasized the dual need to promote infrastructure growth and community welfare while ensuring the provision of critical resources for military operations. All participants stressed the importance of efficient resource utilization, timely action, and collective problem-solving through close coordination.
Officials agreed that roads, utilities, communication systems, and welfare measures directly reinforce operations, logistics, and military mobility. The seminar concluded with a consensus that developmental initiatives must align with the imperatives of national security, thereby establishing lasting coordination and cooperation between the military and other stakeholders.
