### Expert Session on Personality Development at CTAE, MPUAT
#### Dr. Shibani Banerjee Highlights Time Management and Human Values
Udaipur, The Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE), Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur, organized an enlightening expert session on “Personality Development with Focus on Time Management and Human Values” on September 18, 2025.
Prof. Shibani Banerjee from Sir Padampat Singhania University (SPSU), Udaipur, addressed the students as the keynote speaker. She emphasized the importance of soft skills, describing them as an essential complement to technical education that enhances communication abilities, leadership qualities, and workplace readiness for professional success.
Dr. Banerjee highlighted that effective time management, discipline, and prioritization are key drivers of efficiency and achievement. She further stressed that human values such as empathy, integrity, and respect play a pivotal role in fostering teamwork and ethical leadership. According to her, these elements together nurture holistic personality growth, equipping students to adapt, collaborate, and succeed in today’s competitive environment.
The interactive nature of the session was highly appreciated by students, who praised both the practical insights and motivational perspective. The Head of Department, Dr. Mahendra Singh Khidiya, Dr. B.L. Salvi, and faculty members expressed their gratitude to Dr. Banerjee for her impactful contribution to student learning and development.
