World Tourism Day Celebrated at Pacific Hotel Management College

Udaipur – Pacific Hotel Management College, under Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, organized a one-day celebration of World Tourism Day at Jagdish Temple and Gangaur Ghat on the theme “Tourism and Sustainable Transformation.”

College Director Vinod Kumar Singh Bhadauria stated that the event is held annually to mark World Tourism Day. He emphasized that tourism is not only a source of enjoyment but also a responsibility to preserve culture and heritage. He further highlighted the importance of protecting the environment and keeping lakes clean for future generations.

Expert Talk Highlights Heritage and Responsibility

The program’s chief guest, tourism expert and hotelier Yashvardhan Ranawat, addressed the students, stressing the need to protect both tourism and heritage, and emphasized responsibility towards lake conservation.

Greetings and Participation

Professor Hemant Kothari, President of Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, extended his greetings to all residents of Udaipur on the occasion of World Tourism Day. Faculty members and students of the college actively participated in the program. The event was coordinated by faculty member Dr. Mehndi Sharma, who also presented a vote of thanks to the chief guest.

The celebration highlighted the significance of World Tourism Day and aimed to raise awareness about sustainable tourism and environmental responsibility among students and the community.
