“Talent Hunt” Program Kicks Off at Aishwarya College: Campus Buzzes with Creativity, Energy, and Enthusiasm

Udaipur: A grand inauguration of the six-day “Talent Hunt” program was held at Aishwarya College, Udaipur, with Colonel Dheerendra Singh as the chief guest. The program commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, marking the start of this celebration of student talent.

In his inspiring address, Colonel Singh emphasized that students possess immense hidden talent and energy, which can be nurtured through such events. He highlighted that talent is not confined to textbooks alone, but is reflected in creativity, behavior, and self-confidence. He urged students to embrace every opportunity as a chance to learn and improve, while stressing teamwork, discipline, and dedication as keys to success in life.

Principal Dr. Suresh Bhatt noted that the program provides students with an excellent platform to showcase their hidden abilities, while helping develop confidence and leadership skills. The atmosphere came alive with a melodious performance by Harshil and Vibhav, drawing enthusiastic applause from the audience. College student Divya Lakshmi Jain delivered a brilliant dance performance, further energizing the gathering.

Program coordinator Shameel Sheikh shared detailed information about the various competitions under the Talent Hunt. On October 11, events included Rangoli, Mehndi, Best from Waste, Desert Sweet Dish, Fireless Food Making, Salad Making, Calligraphy, Card Making, G.K. Quiz, Hairstyling, Carrom, Chess, Musical Chair, Antakshari, Essay Writing, Dry Flower and Fresh Flower Arrangement, Poster Making, Face Painting, and Spell Bee.

On October 12, the college will host sports competitions including Snakes & Ladders Live, Kho-Kho, Table Tennis, Hurdle Race, Relay Hurdle Race, Sack Race, Jalebi Race, Spoon Race, Kabaddi, Cricket, Badminton, and Three-Legged Race.

October 14 will feature a series of cultural and intellectual competitions, such as Debate, Extempore, Open Games (Idioms & Riddles), Fancy Dress, Singing, Drama, Poetry, Dance, Slogan Writing, Photography, Short Script on “Your College,” Reel Making, Logo Making, Dance Ballet, Funny Face Photography, Group Mime, Instrument Playing, Mimicry, Monoacting, Poem Recitation, Presentation, Science Skits, Short Moral Stories, and Stand-Up Comedy.

The Talent Hunt series will conclude on October 16 with the Freshers’ Party, welcoming new students through entertaining performances and award distributions. The event’s stage management was handled by Shruti, and Meghna Vijayvargiya expressed the vote of thanks.
