Udaipur, The second two-day Mega Auto Expo, organized by Udaipur Lakecity Round Table 206, commenced today at the Field Club. The event was inaugurated by District Collector Namit Mehta, who cut the ceremonial ribbon to mark the beginning of the expo. On the very first day, ten vehicles, including both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, were booked, reflecting great enthusiasm among exhibitors.
Addressing the gathering, Mehta stated that this platform provides an excellent opportunity for people to explore various two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and electric vehicles under one roof, saving both time and effort otherwise spent visiting multiple showrooms. He added that such expos are highly beneficial for customers looking to purchase family vehicles.
Chairman Vishal Shah shared that several renowned automobile brands from across India are participating in this event, which runs daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Around 20 prominent automotive brands have showcased their latest models featuring advanced technologies. Leading names include Mercedes, Toyota, Mahindra among four-wheelers, and Java, Honda, Suzuki among two-wheelers.
A major attraction for visitors has been the vintage car display, where classic models drew crowds eager to take a closer look. Visitors admired the rare collection, remarking that such cars are seldom seen on roads today. Shah further mentioned that proceeds from the expo will be utilized for constructing classrooms in government schools.
Vice Chairman Mohit Singhvi informed that participating companies are offering exclusive deals and discounts at the expo, beyond their usual showroom offers. Building upon the positive response to the first Auto Expo, this edition has been organized on an even grander scale to ensure a smooth experience for visitors. The event, he said, has turned into a pre-Diwali celebration for customers and automobile companies alike.
Additionally, a free health check-up camp and a lucky draw with attractive prizes have been arranged for all visitors. Entry to the event is completely free. The funds raised from this mega expo will be directed toward the next community project involving classroom construction.
Members of Udaipur Lakecity Round Table — including Simranjeet Singh, Deepak Jodhavat, Sunny Modi, Shashank Singhvi, Manan Mandawat, and Aseem Bolia — have contributed dedicated efforts to make this event a grand success.
