Udaipur: Under the ‘Rangat – Rasta Ri’ Art Festival, Udaipur’s streets are witnessing a vibrant confluence of creation and culture. On Saturday, District Collector Namit Mehta and UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain visited the RTO underpass to observe the ongoing mural painting organized by the Udaipur Development Authority (UDA).
