During the inauguration, Shri Kataria remarked, “Serving suffering humanity is akin to serving God.” He expressed gratitude to the foundation for its contribution toward improving healthcare facilities in the region. Highlighting the hospital’s significance, he added that patients not only from South Rajasthan but also from large areas of Madhya Pradesh come here for treatment. The new CT scan machine will be a boon for all these patients.
The ceremony was attended by notable dignitaries including Mr. Nirmal Jain, Founder & Chairman of IIFL Group, Ms. Madhu Jain, Director of IIFL Foundation, Udaipur District Superintendent of Police Yogesh Goyal, Principal & Controller of RNT Medical College Dr. Vipin Mathur, Dr. Kushal Gehlot, MB Hospital Superintendent Dr. R.L. Suman, Dr. N. Kardam, and other prominent citizens.
Dr. Vipin Mathur stated that with the addition of the new CT scan machine, the hospital’s diagnostic capacity would see a significant improvement, ensuring better healthcare services for the community. He also recalled that Governor Kataria had inaugurated the first CT scan machine at MB Hospital in 1995, which was later upgraded in 2006. With this modern machine, the hospital will now offer more precise and advanced diagnostic services, further enhancing its healthcare capabilities.
