Udaipur: Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) has conferred a Ph.D. degree upon Winkle Mogra in the Faculty of Law. She conducted her research on the topic “A Critical Study of Emerging Criminal Tendencies Against Women with Special Reference to Udaipur District – A Socio-Legal Perspective.”
