Udaipur, The Geetanjali Dental and Research Institute (GDRI), Udaipur launched the “GDRI Smile Udaipur Initiative” on the occasion of National Tooth Brushing Day. The initiative aims to improve the oral health and hygiene of Udaipur’s citizens through regular awareness and preventive care activities.
To mark the launch, a comprehensive oral health awareness programme and free dental check-up camp was organised at Gyan Mandir School, Hiran Magri Sector-4, where around 586 students underwent dental screening. Students were also taught the correct brushing techniques to help them develop proper oral hygiene habits from an early age.
Dr. Balaji Manohar, Principal, Geetanjali Dental and Research Institute, stated that under the GDRI Smile Udaipur Initiative, various oral health activities will be conducted regularly for the people of Udaipur. He added that the institute, with its team of experienced specialists, is committed to serving the community with dedication and excellence.
Mrs. Leela Paliwal, Principal of Gyan Mandir School, appreciated the initiative, while Mr. Gajanan Asawara, Director of the school, signed an MoU with Geetanjali Dental and remarked that such collaborations are highly beneficial in promoting dental hygiene awareness among students.
On this occasion, Dr. Mridula Tak, Dr. Saurabh Singh, Dr. Shruti Sharma, and Mr. Nitin Goswami played an active role in ensuring the successful execution of the programme.
