Udaipur. Rajasthan’s Neeraj Batra has been appointed as the coach of the Indian Lacrosse Team for the upcoming Asian Lacrosse Games, scheduled to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 17 to 23. The announcement was made by the Lacrosse Federation of India.
According to Ashok Parnami, President of the Rajasthan Lacrosse Association, Neeraj Batra, who serves as a Physical Education Teacher at Government Senior Secondary School, Dhar (Udaipur), has brought immense pride to the state with his appointment.
Under Batra’s guidance, the Rajasthan Lacrosse teams have dominated the national circuit over the past three years — winning 13 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals across 20 national championships in senior, junior, and sub-junior men’s and women’s categories.
