Udaipur.The Shri Ekling Nath National Seva Sangthan has expanded its women-empowerment initiatives with the inauguration of a new centre in Shishvi village of Kurabad tehsil. The centre, launched under the Sangthan’s Naari Vaibhav mission, aims to train women in tailoring and beauty parlour skills, enabling them to become self-reliant and financially independent. A large number of women from the region are expected to benefit from this newly established training facility.

The inaugural programme was attended by teacher Banshilal Rebari, Secretary Rajendra Purohit, Sarpanch Kishan Lal, former Sarpanch Kailashmal, Jodha Singh, Amar Singh, Deepak Prajapat, Vishal Prajapat and others. A devotional evening was also organised, conducted by emcee Mukesh Menaria, adding a spiritual aura to the commencement of the new centre.
Alongside this, preparations have formally begun for the free all-community mass wedding and Tulsi Vivah scheduled to take place on 23 January 2026, coinciding with Basant Panchami. To mark the auspicious beginning of the arrangements, members of the Sangthan visited the Bohra Ganeshji Temple, where the first wedding invitation was respectfully offered to Gajanan Maharaj. The team prayed for the smooth and successful completion of the forthcoming ceremony.
Founder-President Aakash Bagdi shared that extensive planning is underway for the grand wedding event. National General Secretary Advocate Nirmal Kumar Pandit, National Joint Secretary Deepak Menaria, Pooran Khatik, Prince Bagdi, Manju Khinchi, Chanchal Audichya, Sunita Prajapat, Meena Yadav and several others were present during the temple visit.
Procession to Begin from Bohra Ganeshji Temple
Bagdi informed that all celebrations will be held at Satyam Garden, Mahasatiya Road, Ayad. On the day of the event, the grand wedding procession of all brides and grooms will begin around 4 pm from the Bohra Ganeshji Temple. The route will cover St. Teresa School, University Road, Bekni Pulia, Ayad Pulia and Ayad Main Road before reaching Satyam Garden. After the traditional toran ceremony for each groom, the formal wedding rituals will commence.
With the inauguration of the Shishvi centre and the preparations for a large-scale mass wedding, the Sangthan has reaffirmed its commitment to community service, cultural preservation, and the empowerment of women across the region.
