Corrections Made in Agricultural Land Records at Rural Service Camp

Sri Ganganagar: Under the directives of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, Rural Service Camps being organised across the district are providing immediate solutions to public grievances. Citizens are also receiving on-the-spot benefits of various welfare schemes of the Central and State Governments. Beneficiaries have expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister and the Government of Rajasthan for the relief provided.

As part of the Rural Service Camp Campaign 2025, a camp was held on Thursday at Gram Panchayat Mirzewala under Panchayat Samiti Sri Ganganagar. Several applications for corrections in revenue records were received during the camp.

Mukesh Kumar, son of Bhimsen and a resident of Mirzewala, submitted an application stating that double entries had been recorded in his agricultural land at Chak 14 F, Khata Nos. 70/21 and 89/31, and requested rectification.
Similarly, Jaiprakash, son of Bhimsen and a resident of Mirzewala, also applied for correction, reporting double entries in his agricultural land at Chak 14 F, Khata No. 89/31.

Another applicant, Gurmeek Singh Sandhu, son of Ajmer Singh and a resident of 5 K Mirzewala, requested correction in the entries of his agricultural land at Chak 5 K, Khata Nos. 11/02 and 71/10. His Aadhaar Card, Jan Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, and Ration Card all correctly listed his name as Gurmeek Singh Sandhu, son of Ajmer Singh, and he sought amendment in the Jamabandi accordingly.

Patwari Halka Nirmala submitted verification reports based on records, supporting documents, and the identification details of the cultivators. Once the applications were found correct in the inquiry, Camp Co-incharge Adaram Nayak, Naib Tehsildar Mirzewala, issued on-the-spot orders for correction of the records. Additional Office Kanungo and Land Records Inspector Surendra Singh entered the orders and forwarded them to the concerned Patwari for immediate implementation in the revenue records.

The cultivators expressed happiness after receiving instant correction orders at the camp and thanked Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma for organising such beneficial Rural Service Camps.
