SIR: BLOs, Supervisors and Volunteers Being Felicitated for Outstanding Performance
Sri Ganganagar: Under the Special Intensive Revision Programme–2026, directed by the Election Commission of India, enumeration work is progressing across all assembly constituencies in the district. Distribution, collection and digitisation of enumeration forms are being carried out in a systematic manner. District Election Officer Dr. Manju is continuously reviewing the process as per the instructions of Chief Electoral Officer of Rajasthan, Naveen Mahajan, ensuring that all tasks meet the required quality standards.
In compliance with the District Election Officer’s directives, an innovative initiative has been launched to make the revision programme more effective. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) who are performing exceptionally well are being identified and honoured with certificates of appreciation. During inspections across various assembly constituencies, the District Election Officer herself has been recognising and felicitating high-performing BLOs, supervisors and volunteers.
The District Election Officer has instructed all Electoral Registration Officers to promptly felicitate BLOs who complete their duties on time with accuracy and diligence, ensuring error-free work. She noted that this initiative is yielding highly positive results. The felicitated BLOs are emerging as role models, and their work is motivating others to bring greater seriousness, transparency and efficiency to their tasks.
This recognition programme is strengthening morale across the entire election workforce and contributing significantly to the smooth and effective conduct of the Special Intensive Revision.
