Udaipur: A special free acupressure awareness camp was successfully organized on 22 November 2025 at Vigyan Samiti under the joint auspices of the Consumer Protection Organization and the Rajasthan Retired Agriculture Officers’ Society, Udaipur Chapter. The chief speaker, Dr. Alpana Bohra, Chairperson of the Women’s Wing, Consumer Protection Organization, provided detailed guidance on knee acupressure points, their benefits, and natural healing methods.
Dr. Bohra was felicitated with a shawl, garland, and upperna by Mrs. Ujwala Sancheti and Mrs. Kamla Dixit. She demonstrated key acupressure points and conducted a live practice session for all participants. Emphasizing drug-free healing, she advised practicing acupressure for 5–10 minutes daily for better results.
Around 70 senior members of the Society attended the camp, gaining valuable insights on knee-related health issues. Live demonstrations, group practice, and easy-to-follow guidance on hand and foot points helped participants understand the technique better. All attendees appreciated acupressure as a simple, effective, and safe method.
National President Dr. Rajshri Gandhi also extended her support. At the conclusion, participants pledged to practice regularly and spread awareness in society. Society President Mr. Brij Mohan assured that more such programs would be organized to promote health awareness among all sections of the community.
The camp proved highly successful in promoting natural healing practices among the public.
