MMPS Celebrates 77th NCC Day with Enthusiasm and Patriotism

Maharana Mewar Public School, City Palace, Udaipur, celebrated the 77th NCC Day with a special assembly dedicated to discipline, leadership, and national pride. The event was conducted under the guidance of Second Officer Monika Seth and featured an impressive presentation by the cadets of 5 Raj Girls Battalion, CUBB, Udaipur (Army Wing).

All four Junior Division wings of the NCC participated actively, showcasing unity, teamwork, and a deep sense of collective pride.

The assembly was coordinated by Cadet Gaurika Trivedi. The prayer “Where the mind is without fear…” was beautifully recited by Cadet Shanaya Nagori. Daily news was presented by Cadet Bhavi Gaur, while Cadet Ishika Mishra delivered the thought for the day. Cadet Navya Jain highlighted the significance of NCC Day through an impactful speech. This was followed by the NCC pledge, administered by Sergeant Fatima Udaipurwala, reaffirming the cadets’ commitment to service, discipline, and patriotism.

The cultural segment added vibrance to the celebration:

  • Cadets Drishti Paliwal and Kashvi Vyas presented a melodious flute recital.

  • Cadet Vidhi Jain delivered a meaningful Hindi poem.

  • Cadets Risha Matta, Tisha Matta, Anusha Jain, and Drishti Sukhwal energized the stage with a spirited dance performance.

Honorary Director Satish Kumar Sharma addressed the gathering, stating that NCC serves as a strong pillar in nation-building and the school remains committed to guiding students toward becoming responsible and empowered citizens.

The program concluded with a special band performance, adding grandeur to the celebration. The discipline, dedication, patriotism, and impressive presentations by the cadets made the event truly memorable.
