According to experts, excessive consumption of pizza and burgers causes a sudden increase in the blood glucose level in the body, this increased glucose produces more insulin and dangerous cancer cells start forming. In these, many chemical elements are used in ultra processed food or sweeteners in fast food and these are very harmful to our health. The amount of salt and sugar in this ultra processed food is high and the amount of host elements and fibre necessary for the body is very low.
