Two-Day Meeting of the All India Executive Committee Begins in Udaipur
The two-day meeting of the All India Executive Committee of the Indian Agro Economic Research Centre commenced today in Udaipur. The meeting was inaugurated at 11:00 AM with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony.
A detailed discussion was held on the workshop scheduled for 30th November on the Land Acquisition Act. During the session, members deliberated on the potential losses farmers may face due to the Land Acquisition Bill, measures to safeguard agricultural land, and strategies to ensure fair compensation to farmers whenever required.
The committee also held extensive discussions on the organization’s upcoming stand on the Seed Bill. Members shared their suggestions on various organizational matters and future action plans, and key decisions were taken to ensure the smooth execution of forthcoming activities.
The meeting was attended by
– Shri Dinesh Ji Kulkarni, All India Organization Minister, Bharatiya Kisan Sangh
– Shri Pramod Ji Chaudhary, All India President
– Other senior office-bearers of the organization
The session was conducted by General Secretary Shri Makrand Ji Karkare.
The first day of the meeting concluded successfully, with the organization adopting several important resolutions to effectively implement future initiatives.
