#Successful Industry Interaction Session Organized at Sangam University
Lectures on Personality Development, Leadership Skills, Goal Setting, Time Management & Positive Attitude
Sangam University, Bhilwara, successfully hosted an inspiring Industry Interaction Session on 3 December 2025, organized by the Training & Placement Cell.
According to Dr. Anurag Sharma, Deputy Director (Training & Placement), the keynote speaker for the session was Dr. Rajeev Pandya, CHRO of Geetanjali University. Dr. Pandya delivered an insightful and impactful talk inspired by Stephen Covey’s world-renowned book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
In his address, Dr. Pandya encouraged students to cultivate essential habits such as effective personality development, leadership skills, goal setting, time management, and maintaining a positive attitude. His simple, motivating, and experience-driven style left a strong impression on the students and faculty present.
Prof. Karunesh Saxena, Vice Chancellor of Sangam University, stated that the session proved extremely beneficial and motivating for the students. He emphasized that the ideas shared by Dr. Pandya not only contribute to personal growth but also play a crucial role in shaping a successful professional life. Prof. Saxena stressed the importance of organizing such enlightening sessions regularly.
The event was graced by the presence of Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Manas Ranjan Panigrahy, Registrar Dr. Alok Kumar, and Dr. Mukesh Sharma.
The Training & Placement Cell team, including Placement Executive Meenal Sharma and student volunteers Suyash, Siddhi, Ranu, Preetika, Kanishka, Archita, Sejal, and Samartha, played a vital role in ensuring the success of the event.
The primary objective of this session was to connect students with experienced industry leaders, motivating and empowering them for a strong and confident professional future.
