Udaipur. In view of the Rajasthan State Government completing two years in office, a series of state-level and district-level events are scheduled across the state from December 10 onward. To review preparations and issue necessary directives, District Collector Namit Mehta chaired a meeting on Thursday at the Mini Conference Hall of the Collectorate.
Collector’s Directive: Spread Government Achievements to Every Household
Addressing officials from various departments, Collector Mehta instructed them to work with full commitment to ensure that the government’s achievements are effectively communicated to the masses and that all proposed activities are executed successfully as per the state’s plan.
Scheduled Events Across the State
To mark the completion of two years of the current state government, a wide range of activities will be organised between 10 December and 25 December, including:
December 10: Pravasi Rajasthani Diwas
December 11: Interaction with NRR Chapters
Flagging off of Badalta Rajasthan – Badhta Rajasthan awareness vans
December 12: Innovation Day
Cleanliness campaigns in government offices
Road safety awareness drives
State-level main ceremony on the government’s second anniversary
State and district-level exhibitions
Follow-up service camps in rural and urban areas
Women’s conference
Farmers’ conference
Viksit Rajasthan Marathon
Youth Employment Day
Environment conservation drive
Tourism conclave
Good Governance Day
And several other public-oriented activities
Collector and Officials Join Chief Secretary’s Video Conference
Following the district-level review meeting, Collector Mehta and all concerned district officials joined the video conference chaired by Chief Secretary V. Srinivas. During the VC, the Chief Secretary issued comprehensive guidelines regarding the organisation of the second-anniversary events and emphasized coordinated execution across departments.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Collector (Administration) Dipendra Singh Rathore, Zila Parishad CEO Ria Dabi, ADM City Jitendra Ojha, UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain, Municipal Commissioner Abhishek Khanna, along with district-level officials from various departments.
