28,307 Youth Applied for New Voter Registration Chief Electoral Officer Appeals for New Voter Enrollment Newly Reorganized Polling Stations Made Easier to Locate 46 Claims and 2 Objections Filed Within 24 Hours

Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Roll – 2026

Jaipur/Udaipur.
Following the successful completion of the first phase (Enumeration Phase) of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Rolls – 2026 in Rajasthan, the Draft Electoral Roll was published on December 16, 2025, informed Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Shri Naveen Mahajan.

He stated that the draft electoral roll is available on the CEO Rajasthan website (election.rajasthan.gov.in) as well as on the websites of the respective District Election Officers (DEOs). After the reorganization, draft voter lists of all 61,136 polling booths across 199 Assembly Constituencies have also been shared with representatives of recognized political parties in all 41 districts of Rajasthan.

Shri Mahajan further informed that lists of voters whose names do not appear in the draft roll dated December 16 have also been provided to all political parties to facilitate verification. More than one lakh Booth Level Agents (BLAs) appointed by various political parties are actively participating in this Special Intensive Revision process.

46 Claims, 2 Objections; 28,307 Youth Apply for Registration

The Chief Electoral Officer stated that collectively, political parties have submitted 46 claims and 2 objections between 3:00 pm on December 17 and 3:00 pm on December 18 for inclusion of eligible voters and deletion of ineligible voters. During this period, 28,307 young citizens submitted Form-6 along with the declaration to apply for inclusion of their names in the electoral roll.

CEO’s Appeal for New Voter Registration

Shri Mahajan appealed to all eligible citizens to ensure their participation in the democratic process by registering their names in the electoral roll. Indian citizens who will complete 18 years of age on or before January 1, 2026, are ordinarily resident of the concerned Assembly Constituency, and are not enrolled elsewhere, are eligible to apply for voter registration.

Additionally, young citizens who will attain the age of 18 on April 1, July 1, or October 1, may also submit advance applications through Form-6.

Application Process

Online Mode

Applicants can download the ECINet App and register using their mobile number and OTP. After registration, they can go to the Voter Services section and fill Form-6 and the declaration under the Voter Registration option.
Alternatively, applicants can visit the Voters’ Portal, sign up using their mobile number, and submit Form-6 and the declaration through the New Voter Registration tab.

Offline Mode

Applicants may obtain Form-6 and the declaration from their respective Booth Level Officer (BLO), fill them, and submit the completed forms. These forms can also be downloaded from the Election Rajasthan website.
For any voter registration-related information or assistance, citizens may contact the Helpline Number 1950.

The Chief Electoral Officer, Rajasthan, has urged all eligible citizens to complete registration in a timely manner and ensure the exercise of their right to vote.

How to Find Your Name in Newly Reorganized Polling Stations

Number of polling parts before reorganization: 52,469

Number of polling parts after reorganization: 61,404

Total new polling parts created: 8,935

Following the reorganization of polling stations, part numbers and serial numbers of all voters have changed in the SIR-2026 Draft Electoral Roll and no longer match those mentioned in earlier enumeration forms.

To check the latest part number and serial number, voters can use their EPIC (Voter ID) number on the ECINet App or the Voter Services Portal to view updated details.
