Udaipur.Under its “Nari Vaibhav” campaign, Shri Ekling Nath Rashtriya Seva Sanghthan has launched a new initiative titled “Naira Home Industry” with the objective of providing employment opportunities to a large number of women and making them self-reliant. The project will connect women across all districts of the Udaipur division.
Due to the expansion of this initiative, the Sarva Samaj Free Mass Marriage Ceremony organized by the Sanghthan will now be held on April 20, on the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya.
Founder President of the Sanghthan, Akash Bagdi, stated that after considering demands from various women’s groups, the Sanghthan decided to take a significant step by launching the Naira Home Industry project. Under the Nari Vaibhav campaign, the Sanghthan has already conducted free training camps in tailoring, beauty parlour services, and mehndi, benefiting hundreds of women.
Taking the initiative further, the Naira Home Industry project will provide training to needy women in making incense sticks, papad, spices, pickles, and other household products. After completing the training, women will receive home-based work, and their products will be marketed and sold under the Naira Home Industry brand. This initiative will directly link thousands of women to sustainable livelihoods while allowing them to work from home with family support.
Mr. Bagdi added that the project will initially be implemented in Udaipur and will gradually expand to Rajsamand, Dungarpur, Banswara, and Chittorgarh districts.
National General Secretary Nirmal Kumar Pandit said that the Naira Home Industry is a sincere effort to bring hope to women who possess skills but lack the necessary resources and opportunities.
He further informed that in view of this major initiative, the Sarva Samaj Free Mass Marriage Ceremony, earlier scheduled on Basant Panchami, has been rescheduled to April 20 on Akshaya Tritiya.
Mr. Bagdi highlighted that the Sanghthan has successfully completed three phases of tailoring and beauty parlour training, empowering hundreds of women and young girls. The Sanghthan has also extended support in the education and healthcare sectors, benefiting many families.
