Mission Bal Man Tak 2006: Children to Learn Story & Poetry Writing, Sketching and Cartooning
Kota. To connect children of the Hadoti region with literature, the Culture, Literature and Media Forum, Kota will organize a Bal Rachna Srijan Shivir (Children’s Creative Writing Camp) under Mission Bal Man Tak 2006. Through this initiative, children will be trained in story and poetry writing, along with learning skills in line drawing, sketching and cartoon making.
As part of the mission, a directory of Rajasthani children’s writers will also be published. Forum Convener Dr. Prabhat Kumar Singhal said that children will be encouraged by getting their self-composed literary works published in newspapers and magazines.
Co-Convener Dr. Vaidehi Gautam informed that various activities for children will be organized, including quizzes on literature and culture, painting, rangoli, mehndi, dance and singing competitions. The initiative aims to promote children’s literature and creative expression.
She further added that maximum participation of writers and literary organizations will be ensured in these programs to strengthen the children’s literary movement in the region.
