Awareness Campaign Led by Trainee IPS Siddharth Srivastava to Prevent Accidents Caused by Chinese Manja

Kota. During the upcoming **Makar Sankranti festival**, kite flying generates great enthusiasm among Kota residents. However, the use of **Chinese manja** (plastic/synthetic kite strings) during kite flying poses serious risks to **animals, birds, and two-wheeler riders**, often leading to dangerous accidents.

Under the guidance of **Superintendent of Police, Ms. Tejasvini Gautam**, **Trainee IPS Siddharth Srivastava** took the initiative today to ensure the safety of two-wheeler riders. In collaboration with the traffic police, **free handle guards** and **safety neckbands** were distributed to riders.

Additionally, all two-wheeler riders were counseled on the importance of **wearing helmets** while riding and strictly **following traffic rules** to prevent accidents and ensure road safety.
