Udaipur — With the aim of promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle, the Prem Nagar Kesari Group successfully organized a vibrant and energetic Sports Festival 2.0, drawing enthusiastic participation from all age groups.

The event was graced by Gajendra Patel, Shobhana Patel, S.K. Rai, and Pratima Rai as chief guests, while the program was presided over by Gulabdas Maharaj. Distinguished guests included Railway Board Chairman Jayesh Champawat, State Disaster Management Coordinator Dr. Jinendra Shastri, and Irshad Chainwala, whose presence added prestige to the occasion.

Founder of Prem Nagar Kesari Group, Dr. Seema Champawat, shared that the primary objective of the sports festival is to encourage youth, children, women, and senior citizens to actively participate in sports, foster team spirit, and adopt a healthy and positive way of life. She emphasized that sports play a vital role in developing discipline, leadership qualities, and self-confidence, which are essential elements in nation-building.

The event also witnessed participation from Aakriti Foundation, Decathlon, Bagh Bakri Tea, and Gulab Oil, who contributed to entertainment and engagement activities, making the festival even more lively and enjoyable.

Organizers Shalini Jain and Anita Sahu informed that multiple sports competitions were held during the festival, witnessing large-scale participation. At the closing ceremony, winning players were felicitated with prizes and certificates, encouraging them to continue pursuing sports.

Local residents and sports enthusiasts praised the initiative wholeheartedly and urged that such events be organized regularly to keep the spirit of sports alive in the community.

Providing details of the activities, Niranjana Sharma said that a wide range of games were conducted, including Sitoliya race, relay race, magazine race, spoon race, tug of war, football, archery, shooting, kite flying, chair race, housie, and special games designed especially for senior citizens.

Sarika Jain shared that the event saw the presence of Khushboo Jain, Sangeeta Jain, Anu Chauhan, Jyoti Jain, Kirti Jain, Hina Jain, Nirmala Jain, Priyanka Sahu, Mohini Jain, Rajkumari Jain, Manju Jain, Yogita Sahu, Rajkumar Jain, Nikhil Jain, Ankit Jain, Vijay Kumar Sahu, Praveen Jain, and many other members and volunteers, whose collective efforts ensured the grand success of the Sports Festival 2.0.

The event stood as a powerful reminder that sports nurture values, values build character, and strong character builds a strong nation.
