“Paci Chaupati” Food and Cultural Fair Held at Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University
The **“Paci Chaupati”** event was organized at the campus of **Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University**. The event was inaugurated by **Executive Chef Sandeep Rai of Raffles Group of Hotels** and **UB Srivastava, President of Hotel Association**, along with **Chef Vimal Dhar**.
The inauguration was attended by **Shri Rahul Agrawal, Professor BP Sharma, Professor Sharad Kothari, Professor Hemant Kothari, Shri Vinod Kumar Singh Bhadoria, Chef Jacob John**, along with all faculty members and staff.
The fair featured a variety of stalls showcasing food and products from different faculties:
* **Pacific Hotel Management Faculty** displayed stalls offering **mocktails, tea, rab, isolated cold drinks, pasta, chole kulche, millets tikkis, kanji vada, dahi vada, pani puri, papdi chaat, donuts, dark chocolate mousse, almond rocks, and rice firni**.
* **Pacific Institute of Dairy and Technology** presented a stall featuring **beetroot power patty and green chutney**.
* **Pacific College of Social Sciences and Humanities** showcased a stall with **accessories**, while **Pacific College of Fine Arts** displayed the **“Unfold Cube”** stall.
Students also performed **solo singing**, and all participants actively engaged in the festivities, making the fair a vibrant and successful event.
