Udaipur: The **First National Rover–Ranger Jamboree**, organized under the aegis of the **Bharat Scouts and Guides National Headquarters, New Delhi**, was held from **January 9 to 13, 2026**, at **Doodhli, Balod district, Chhattisgarh**. Rajasthan created history at this prestigious national-level event by delivering an outstanding performance and winning the **National Commissioner Shield and Flag**, bringing great pride to the state at the national level.
**CO Guide Abhilasha Mishra** informed that nearly **12,000 Rover–Rangers from various states across the country** participated in the jamboree. From **Udaipur district**, **10 Rangers** took part and actively contributed to the event. **CO Scout Surendra Kumar Pandey** shared that a total of **16 different activities** were organized during the jamboree, including **march past, color party, state gate, state exhibition, folk dance, ethnic show, global village, backwoodsman cooking, adventure activities**, and several others.
Rajasthan demonstrated exceptional excellence by securing **‘A’ grade in 14 activities** and **‘B’ grade in 2 activities**, thereby establishing its superior performance at the national platform.
Under the leadership of **Train Leader Anjana Sharma**, the Rangers from Udaipur district who participated in the national jamboree were **Nazya Khan, Tina Goswami, Chelsea Dadhich, Vallari Sharma, Niharika Chundawat, Jayshree Lohar, Anushka Boda, Akshita Regar, Shreya Prajapat, and Preraksha Menaria**.
Their dedicated participation and commendable performance played a significant role in Rajasthan’s historic achievement at the **National Rover–Ranger Jamboree**.
