Rs. 27 Lakh Aid Provided to 9 Critical Patients from Prime Minister’s Relief Fund on MP Dr. Rawat’s Recommendation
Udaipur: Following the recommendation of Member of Parliament Dr. Maanlal Rawat, nine critically ill patients from the Udaipur Lok Sabha constituency received financial assistance totaling approximately Rs. 27 lakh from the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund. This support enabled their treatment at major hospitals in Gujarat, with each patient receiving Rs. 3 lakh.
MP Dr. Rawat has shown considerable concern for seriously ill patients during public hearings and other interactions. In verified cases supported by hospital certificates, he sends recommendations to the Prime Minister’s Office to secure funds from the relief fund. Assistance has already been approved for more than nine such cases, providing crucial medical support to critically ill patients.
Among the approved cases:
* Rahul Sanadhya and Garda from Udaipur, and Ruplal Patel (son of Nathulal) from Jaitana were granted Rs. 3 lakh each for liver transplants at the Institute of Kidney Diseases & Research Centre, Ahmedabad.
* Saurabh Menaria (son of Khayalilal Menaria), Dilipsingh (son of Narayan Singh), Savina (daughter of Manoj Prajapat) from Mira, Kumbariya Phalan, Piplai B resident Prakash Kalal (son of Kanhaiyalal Kalal), and Manoharlal (son of Vardichand Daya) from Nadakhada Mohalla, Udaipur, each received Rs. 3 lakh for kidney transplants at Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital, Nadiad.
* Prakash (son of Mogaji Meena) from TD received Rs. 3 lakh for a kidney transplant at Apollo Hospital, Gandhinagar.
* Shubham (son of Mahendra Purbia) from Khatikwada, Hathipol, Udaipur, received Rs. 3 lakh for a kidney transplant at Sterling Hospital, Ahmedabad.
The families of these critically ill patients expressed their heartfelt gratitude to MP Dr. Maanlal Rawat, stating that his efforts are providing crucial support and relief to many needy patients.
