###Inauguration of Vidya Bhavan International School

Udaipur: On the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami, Vidya Bhavan International School was formally inaugurated in Udaipur. The school, housed in a grand and expansive campus developed in accordance with international standards, was inaugurated by Divisional Commissioner Pragya Kevalramani and District Collector Namit Mehta, who praised Vidya Bhavan’s innovative initiative in the field of education.
Addressing the gathering, the Divisional Commissioner and the District Collector said that Vidya Bhavan’s rich educational legacy—rooted in excellence, quality, creativity, and strong values—is truly exemplary. Quoting Rabindranath Tagore, they expressed confidence that the school’s campus and teaching system would nurture fearless minds, filled with knowledge and self-confidence, and prepare future leaders and responsible citizens.
On the occasion, renowned industrialist Salil Singhal presented an in-depth analysis of the current education and skill-development landscape and future challenges. He said that in a competitive environment, innovation, creativity, and a fresh vision are essential to achieve growth and progress, and expressed confidence that Vidya Bhavan International School would meet these expectations.
Dr. J. K. Tayalia, President of the Vidya Bhavan Society, stated that Vidya Bhavan International School aspires to become a premier institution of national and international repute, where students with strong values, sensitivity, and exceptional intellect will flourish.
Rajendra Bhatt, CEO of Vidya Bhavan, informed that a large, state-of-the-art sports complex is also being developed on campus, which will offer international-level sports facilities to students.
The school’s Director, Chandni Golchha, who has previously led the prestigious Udbhav School with distinction, said that the objective of Vidya Bhavan International School is to promote academic excellence along with holistic development, ethical values, leadership skills, and a global outlook.
Education consultant Shashank Veera noted that students enrolling in the school at the age of four will complete their schooling and higher education around 2045, and will be well-prepared to emerge as competent global citizens aligned with the world scenario of that time. He also elaborated on the key features of the Cambridge Board.
Speaking on behalf of the school’s CSR partner, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Shashank Jain said that the Kotak family will continue to extend its support for the technologically enabled school’s growth and other social initiatives.
Industrialist Arvind Singhal and educationist Meghna Rana also shared their views during the programme. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Bhagwat Babel, Vice President, Vidya Bhavan.
