Udaipur: In the **PM-SHRI (Prime Minister’s School for Rising India) selected government schools**, remedial teaching programs have been implemented for students from **grades 6 to 12** to improve learning pace and learning outcomes. To evaluate the results of these remedial interventions, the **Rajasthan State Council of Educational Research and Training (RSCERT), Udaipur**, developed **baseline and endline assessment tools**.
Under this initiative, the **endline assessment** of selected students from grades 6, 8, 10, and 12 across **628 selected PM-SHRI schools in the state** was conducted on 29 January through **DIET (District Institute of Education and Training)**. The baseline assessment for these students had been conducted earlier on **21 August 2025**.
RSCERT will analyze the data from both the baseline and endline assessments to determine the **effectiveness of remedial teaching programs** and the overall learning process. Based on the findings, **district-specific action plans** will be formulated and necessary interventions carried out.
The state-level endline assessment was successfully conducted under the guidance of **Shweta Fageria, Director, RSCERT Udaipur**, with **Professor Beena Nahar, Associate Professor Kapila Kanthalia**, and their team overseeing the process.
