Sakhi Inspiration Committee Celebrates 7th Anniversary with Grand Annual Gathering in Sakroda
The **annual anniversary and general assembly** of the **Sakhi Inspiration Committee**, formed under the **Sakhi Project** jointly managed by **Hindustan Zinc, Debari Manjari Foundation** and **Hanuman Van Vikas Samiti, Sakroda**, was successfully held with great enthusiasm at the Hanuman Van Vikas Samiti premises. A total of **220 women** from various self-help groups actively participated in the event.
On the occasion, representatives from **Hindustan Zinc Debari Ladies Club** — **Mrs. Neelam Yadav, Manisha Gupta, Suhasini, Shilpa, Abhinaya** — and **CRDL Department** — **Mrs. Jyoti Prajapati** — extended their **heartfelt congratulations and best wishes** to the women on the completion of **7 successful years of the project**.
**Rajkaran Yadav** from Hanuman Van Vikas Samiti encouraged the women to **continue progressing and become self-reliant**, inspiring them to achieve greater success.
**Rajkunwar Ji**, Secretary of the Federation, highlighted the project’s achievements:
* **Total savings of the federation have now reached ₹10 crore**.
* Women have collectively conducted transactions exceeding **₹50 crore**.
* Over **300 self-help groups** have obtained loans worth **₹16 crore from banks**, initiating diverse livelihood activities, resulting in a **significant increase in family incomes**.
During the event, all participants celebrated the **7th anniversary of the project by cutting a cake and exchanging congratulations**.
The event was graced by dignitaries including **Ruchika Chawal (CSR Department Head, Zinc Smelter Debari), Aparna Vyas, Pannalal Meghwal**, and from the organization **Hitesh Sharma, Jashoda, Lakshmielal, and Nishant**.
The program was successfully and efficiently conducted by **Mamta Kunwar**, ensuring a smooth and impactful event.
